Return Policy: All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or returns. Please make sure you read the descriptions of each product to ensure you are aware of why that model is discounted. Some models are made to a 2nd grade and the information will be provided to you concerning its reason for being 2nd grade. Failure to read this will not result in a refund or exchange.
Sizing guidance can be provided. If the shoes do not fit, we will not accept a return or exchange.
Courier: UPS Ground
Shipping Time: We aim to ship all orders out within 1-3 business days. We use UPS Ground service. For service to any apartment, or house not secure looking, we will use a signature required shipment. We are based on the East Coast. Ground Service is usually 1-3 business days on the East Coast, 3-4 business days to the Mid-West/Central US, and 4-5 business days to the West Coast.
When an order is placed for a J.FitzPatrick product, your information will then be used to make a dummy order on our website, www.jfitzpatrickfootwear.com, for shipping purposes. In doing so you will be added to our newsletter in case you wish to stay informed about our products. Should you not wish to be added, please email us indicating so and/or unsubscribe once you receive your first email.
Orders shipped with different billing/shipping addresses will be scrutinized by our Anti-Fraud system. Of course, we understand if one wants to ship to their work address. We do reserve the right to cancel any order that has been deemed fraudulent by our system.
For P.O. Box orders we will use USPS priority mail service used within the US aims to arrive within 2-3 working days depending on location. This is not a guarantee, however. Your tracking number provided will keep you up to date with your parcel.
