Applies to all orders: If you cancel your order prior to shipment we will deduct a 5% processing fee from your refund.

All Sales Final. No Refunds, No exchanges.
Barker and Cheaney Products
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the product being received. Customer is responsible to pay return shipping costs back to the United Kingdom.
Berwick, Enzo Bonafe, Carlos Santos, Barbour and Vass Products
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the product being delivered. For United States customers a prepaid UPS return label can be provided for $30 per pair of shoes. For all other countries you are responsible to pay to ship the goods back to Canada.
Bridlen made to order products
United States Customers:
We currently do not accept returns for refunds.
Size exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Shoes must be unworn, unused, and returned in the original box and packaging.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back to our return address in New Jersey.
Once the returned pair is received and inspected, a replacement pair in a different size will be shipped.
A $30 exchange shipping fee must be paid before the replacement pair is sent.
Items that show wear, damage, or missing packaging will not qualify for exchange.
International Customers (Outside the United States):
All international orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the United States.
