Bridlen made to order shoes are shipped from India to the United States tariff-free. The $199 USD price includes all taxes, duties, and fees, with no additional courier charges upon delivery.
For all other countries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or courier fees charged by DHL at the time of delivery.

United States Customers:
We currently do not accept returns for refunds.
Size exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Shoes must be unworn, unused, and returned in the original box and packaging.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back to our return address in New Jersey.
Once the returned pair is received and inspected, a replacement pair in a different size will be shipped.
A $30 exchange shipping fee must be paid before the replacement pair is sent.
Items that show wear, damage, or missing packaging will not qualify for exchange.
International Customers (Outside the United States):
All international orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the United State

Shipping Time: All orders are made to order and ship within 4–6 weeks.
Our dress shoe lasts Zip, Rui, Char, and Chip all fit true to size (UK fitting).
For example, if you normally wear size 8 UK / 9 US / 42 EU in other dress shoes, then order size 8 UK in Bridlen.
As a general rule of thumb these lasts have a snug heel/midfoot (lowish instep) with a semi-generous forefoot region.
