GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES
- All products will ship directly from the seller. The seller location will vary depending on the product and is listed on the individual product page.
- Berwick, Enzo Bonafe, Carlos Santos, Vass, Cheaney, Barker, and Barbour products are under one shipping profile. If you order multiple products from only these brands in one order there will only be one shipping charge (for international orders). But if you mix one of these brands with a brand not listed above, say J.FitzPatrick, then you will have two shipping charges (for orders only outside of the US)

For all other brands there will be multiple shipping charges if you order products from different brands in the same order (for orders only outside of the US).
- If you are outside of the US and wish to have free shipping, we advise finding a 3rd party Freight Forwarding company that has a US address.
- Please allow 2-4 business days for handing time and 5-8 business days for shipping time.
- Remote service areas may have a surcharge. We will ask you to pay this surcharge. Should you not wish to pay this surcharge and cancel your order, a 5% fee will be deducted from your refund
- You are responsible for any import duty / tax / courier fees that the courier may charge for importing the products in your order.

- United States - Free
- Japan, Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Mexico - $30 per shoe not in the same shipping profile
- Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, UAE - $40 per shoe not in the same shipping profile
- Rest of the World - $50 per shoe not in the same shipping profile
