The Monroe, on the SEA Last, is a snug and form-fitting, yet elongated last. It is quite hugging in the forefoot/toe box but still with a standard instep. If you have slender feet, stick to your typical size. If you have wider feet, you will want to take a half size up to accommodate for width. If you have a standard fit, but enjoy a snug feel, stick to your standard size.
